Information submitted through enquiries

The smart enquiry form may collect your enquiry type, name, organisation, customer type, WhatsApp or mobile number, email, town or delivery area, product or category requirement, quantity details, preferred callback time, target date, selected language, message, and privacy acknowledgement. Fields change according to the enquiry type so unnecessary information is not requested.

How the information is used

Unity Supply uses submitted information to understand and respond to your enquiry, discuss availability or supply requirements, provide a requested callback, or explore a business relationship. An enquiry is not used as marketing consent.

Email delivery and website storage

Valid enquiries are sent to the configured Unity Supply email destination through the configured SMTP provider. The website does not save submitted enquiry details in its own database in this phase. Email systems may retain delivered messages according to the mailbox provider and Unity Supply’s operational or legal needs.

Security and anti-spam controls

The form uses CSRF protection, validation, a honeypot, request rate limiting, payload limits, and privacy-conscious error references. Message bodies, email addresses, and phone numbers are not intentionally written to application logs.

Sharing and processors

Information may pass through the configured hosting and email providers only as needed to operate the website and deliver the enquiry. Unity Supply does not activate analytics, advertising trackers, CRM transfer, WhatsApp API notifications, SMS, or database lead storage in this phase.

Your choices and contact

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information held in the enquiry mailbox by emailing care@unitysupply.co.in. A request may require reasonable verification.

Changes to this policy

Future versions will show an updated effective date and version. Material changes should be reviewed before new non-essential tracking or data integrations are enabled.
